First worldwide AB-certified organic gambas from Madagascar

Ask any cook and he’ll surely praise gambas from Madagascar for his ingredients. In order to stay on top, Madagascar-based gambas producer OSO is now producing the worldwide first certified BIO gambas. This is a news reported by Le Monde [fr], but it’s also quoted on OSO’s website:

AB-certification is the guarantee of pesticide and chemicals-free [...]
